Mobile data is a Windows 10 feature that allows you to share your internet through Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or Cellular data connections to other devices.   • Press Windows + I key on your keyboard to open Windows Settings
  • Click on Network & Settings

  • Scroll down, Click on Mobile hotspot. Turn on Share my internet connection with other devices

    Note: To share internet to other device you should select exact source or Internet adapter. For example your computer is connected to internet through Wi-Fi connection, hence have to select Wi-Fi (option 3 in the below image) as internet source. If it is Ethernet, select Ethernet. Windows creates default Network name and password. Click on Edit to change the Network name and password (See option 4 in image)
